Here's how to do it

Find a blender and put in the ingredients for the purple smoothie. Mix well together.

Place the purple smoothie in a small bowl.

Rinse the blender well before continuing with the next smoothie.

Repeat the process until you have all the colors in different small bowls.

Find a spoon and a good dose of patience. Use the spoon to put in one layer at a time. Be sure to do this carefully so the layers don't mix too much.

Enjoy!

Garnish with fresh fruit and berries.

Hey, sweet-toothed friends! 🍫🍨

Today, I'm thrilled to share a royal treat from my book "Healthier Sweets" – the Queen Maud Dessert! It's a sugar-free delight that tastes so authentic, you won't believe it's not loaded with sugar. And for those who prefer the classic way, just swap in regular sugar, no problem at all!

Here's what you'll need for 4 servings of this decadent dessert:

- 150 g of sugar-free dark chocolate (or use 70% regular dark chocolate if you prefer)

- 5 dl of cream, ready to be whipped into fluffy clouds

- 5 egg yolks for that rich, creamy texture

- 20 g of Sukrin+ or Finesse for sweetness without the sugar rush

- 20 g of Sukrin Gold for a deep, caramel-like sweetness

- 5 gelatin sheets to give your dessert that perfect set

- 4 tablespoons of boiling water to dissolve the gelatin magic

And here's how to whip up this regal treat:

1. Start by grating your chocolate finely. You can use a grater or pulse it in a blender or food processor until it's just right.

2. Whip up your cream until it's nice and creamy, then set it aside for a moment.

3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and your chosen sweeteners until you've got a light and airy egg mix.

4. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes. Squeeze out the excess water and melt them in the boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Gently whisk this into your egg mixture.

5. Now, gently fold the whipped cream into the mix, being careful to keep it light and airy.

6. It's time to layer! In a serving glass, create three layers of mousse and chocolate, starting and finishing with chocolate.

7. Pop your creations into the fridge and let them set for at least 4 hours. These beauties can stay chilled for a couple of days.

And there you have it – a Queen Maud Dessert that's fit for royalty and perfect for anyone looking for a healthier sweet fix. It's creamy, it's chocolatey, and it's waiting for you to give it a try!
